Financing Growth Through Leasing

Why tie up all your capital when the machine can finance itself? Leasing is the smart alternative to buying outright for growing companies. You get immediate access to our premium devices including telemetry and a touch display, but pay in convenient monthly installments from 99 €. Because the installments are often lower than the machine's monthly return, in many cases you reach a positive cash flow from the very first month. Your capital stays free for stock or marketing. The leasing rate counts as an operating expense and is tax-deductible. On paper, one machine replaces 4–5 full-time staff.

Benefits of Machine Leasing

Liquidity Protection

Your capital stays in the company. You pay the installments from the machine's ongoing income.

Tax Advantages

Leasing installments are usually fully and immediately tax-deductible as operating expenses (OPEX).

Balance-Sheet Neutral

The machine often does not appear on your balance sheet, which protects the equity ratio (depending on the contract type).

Predictability

Fixed monthly installments over the whole term (usually 24–48 months) give you planning certainty.

Pay-as-you-earn

The machine earns its own costs. Ideally the income covers the leasing rate.

Technology Upgrade

At the end of the term you can often switch to a newer model without hassle.

Leasing Options for Every Need

We work with specialized financing partners who understand the vending business. Whether full amortization (the machine is yours at the end) or partial amortization with a residual-value option, we find the right model. This applies to all our devices, from the compact table-top machine to the large outdoor vending station. Accessories such as enclosures or special payment modules can often be included in the leasing rate too.

How Customers Use Leasing

Start-up Scaling

A young company wants to fill 10 locations right away but does not have the capital to buy. Through leasing they finance the fleet and use the cash flow for fast growth.

Hotel Chains

A hotel group fits out 20 locations with vyndo premium machines. Leasing makes the uniform rollout possible without a huge investment budget in the current year.

Staff Catering

A mid-sized company leases machines for the canteen. The installments run through the "employee catering" budget and do not burden the capital budget for machinery.

Leasing a Vending Machine: The Path to Fast Payback

Leasing is especially attractive in vending because a machine is a cash-generating asset: unlike an office chair, which only costs money, it brings in money every day. That clearly lowers the barrier to entry, because you finance the purchase from ongoing returns rather than from your own capital. At vyndo we support you through the application process. Given good credit standing (B2B only), the process is often settled within 48 hours. One important point: make sure you remain the owner of your data even with leasing. Our telemetry guarantees full access to all sales statistics, regardless of the financing form. That way you improve your product range while the machine pays itself off. Balance-sheet neutral, rate from 99 € per month. TSE-compliant under KassenSichV — required for all machines with a payment function.

Leasing vs. Hire Purchase

With hire purchase the machine is capitalized on your balance sheet from the start and you automatically become the owner at the end of the term. That is interesting if you use subsidies or want to depreciate. We advise you on what fits your situation better.

Included Services

On request, maintenance contracts can be built into the leasing rate. This is often called "delivery, setup and support leasing" and offers maximum peace of mind.

Common Questions on Leasing

Who can lease?

Our offer is aimed exclusively at businesses, companies and public institutions (B2B), not at private individuals.

Is there a down payment?

That is negotiable. Leasing without a down payment is often possible (0% special payment), which protects liquidity to the maximum.

How long are the terms?

Common terms are 24, 36 or 48 months. Shorter terms raise the installment, longer terms lower it.

What happens at the end of the term?

Depending on the contract: return, purchase at residual value or extension. Most customers take over the device at residual value.

Can used devices be leased too?

As a rule, leasing companies only finance new goods. For refurbished devices we tend to offer hire purchase.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, the leased object must be insured (electronics/contents insurance). Proof is often required.

How fast is the approval?

With good credit standing and complete documents, usually very quickly.
