Rent a Drinks Machine: Flexible & Service-Focused

Rental is possible from one day; the rate depends on size, equipment and cooling capacity. Leasing is possible from 99 EUR/month, purchase is 3,000 to 8,000 EUR. With rental, maintenance and technical service are usually included: if the machine breaks down, vyndo takes care of it. Drinks are the highest-frequency category in vending, so a rented drinks machine pays off quickly at good locations. You tie up no capital, pay predictable monthly rates (OPEX) and keep your liquidity.

Typical products: soft drinks, water, juices, energy drinks. The compartments can be configured flexibly. For special requirements we advise you individually.

Refrigerated (3 to 7 C). Our software monitors the temperature continuously and logs the values for your documentation.

Depending on the range and location, the gross margin is 45 to 60%. At high-traffic locations the machine pays for itself in 6 to 12 months.

NFC, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Girocard and credit card are standard, cash (coins, notes) is optional to add. On request we integrate RFID cards for staff badges. With drinks as a spontaneous impulse buy, cashless is the revenue lever: someone who first has to search for change often does not buy at all. The rental device is also TSE-compliant under KassenSichV, the technical security device is mandatory for every machine with a payment function. All revenue flows transparently into your telemetry app, and you see per payment method and product what was sold.

On private property you usually need no permit, on public ground a special-use permit from the responsible city administration is required. With drinks, HACCP hygiene rules also apply as soon as perishable or refrigerated goods are involved, such as fresh drinks. For a rented drinks machine, this is often more relaxed: many rental customers set the device up on their own business premises, in offices or halls, where no special use applies. If you use the device only temporarily for an event, you usually clarify the space through the organiser. We are happy to advise on the specific implementation at your site, but the legal check is down to you.

Through the telemetry software you see stock levels, revenue and device status in real time on your smartphone or desktop. With drinks this is especially relevant: you spot early which product is running low and only drive out to refill when it is worthwhile. This saves trips and prevents empty machines at high-frequency locations. Faults such as a temperature rise or a coin jam are reported at once, often before the customer notices anything. We install software updates over the air (OTA), so no on-site visit is needed. In the rental model, this service is usually included.
