The Quiet Helper in the Room

An indoor machine has to work without getting in the way. Our indoor devices are tuned for whisper-quiet operation. No loud compressors, no fan noise. The design is minimalist and high quality, away from the station look and toward a piece of furniture. With large glass fronts and optional wood or lacquer panels, they lift any room rather than spoiling it.

Difference from Outdoor

Indoor devices have no heating and are not protected against direct rain. They are lighter, often more economical to buy and use less energy. In return they offer more design freedom (e.g. open dispensing trays, finer touchscreens).

Indoor in Practice

Hotel Lobby

In the hotel lobby stands a quiet indoor machine in a refined design. Guests buy snacks and drinks around the clock, and the machine replaces the expensive minibar in the room. The digital signage screen shows local recommendations and hotel promotions without spoiling the room.

Office & Break Room

In the break room or the tea kitchen, an indoor machine runs whisper-quiet next to the workstations. Staff value the simple operation and the wide range. Telemetry shows which products are most in demand, so the offer fits exactly.

Retail & Waiting Area

As a vending wall in a shop or in the waiting areas of practices and clinics, the indoor machine sells quietly and unobtrusively, even after closing time. The compact, odor-neutral housing blends into the setting and generates extra revenue at minimal cost.

What an Indoor Machine Delivers Inside

An indoor machine blends into the room concept instead of disrupting it. Instead of a loud compressor and a station look, what count here are whisper-quiet operation, refined design and a small footprint. Our indoor series fits through any standard door (80 cm), runs at around 45-50 dB and can be color-matched to your interior. That turns the machine into a piece of furniture in a hotel, office or shop. On the 43-55" touchscreen the customer calls up nutritional values and allergens and buys more because they see the products. Telemetry and digital signage are integrated directly into the hardware, so you need no third-party solution. Management runs through our CMS software in the browser: change prices, swap images, run advertising, all remotely. TSE-compliant under KassenSichV, required for all machines with a payment function.

Technical Specifications

Our indoor machines work with standard interfaces (MDB, DEX/DDCMP). Software updates run over the air (OTA). The payment terminal supports all common methods. Telemetry sends data via WLAN or mobile network (SIM). Display options: 15-43 inches, Full HD, optional with touch.

Costs and Financing

Indoor machines are priced at 3,000-15,000 EUR (purchase). Rental from a one-day term, leasing from 99 EUR/month. The extra cost over basic models is quickly recovered through higher sales and ad revenue.

Common Questions About Indoor Machines

How much space do I need?

The standard size is about 183cm high, 70-90cm wide, 80cm deep. Allow for rear clearance (10cm).

Is the machine loud?

No, an indoor machine runs at around 45-50 dB and is barely audible on standby. We fit specially insulated compressors, so the device does not disturb even in libraries, hotel corridors and offices. That is exactly the core difference from sturdy outdoor devices: indoor is tuned for quiet operation, refined design and low waste heat. A loud machine in reception or the break room quickly feels out of place, while a quiet one blends in like a piece of furniture. So the machine stays present without standing out acoustically.

Do I need a high-power supply?

No, a normal socket (230V Schuko) is entirely enough.

Does the machine warm up the room?

Minimally. Modern devices give off hardly any waste heat.

Can it be built in?

Yes, an enclosure (vending surround) is possible, as long as the ventilation slots stay clear.

Are there small tabletop devices too?

Yes, for coffee. For snacks/drinks, floor-standing devices are usual, but there are mini-vending solutions.

What about fire safety?

Our devices are CE-compliant and use flame-retardant materials and safe refrigerants.
