Important for you: clarify the conditions at the site in advance (level ground, power supply, path width for delivery). At the end of the rental period, we collect the machine again. The unit must be handed over swept clean and free of leftover goods. We then carry out a professional final cleaning and disinfection in our workshop.

How short can I rent for?

You can rent from just one day. For events we offer special short-term flat rates.

Can I set the machine up outdoors?

Yes, as long as you rent an outdoor model. These are weatherproof. An additional roof or shelter is still recommended, because it improves customer comfort and protects the technology.

Do I keep the revenue?

Of course. 100% of the revenue is yours. We only receive the fixed rental rate.

What does delivery cost?

The transport costs (delivery and collection) are charged at a flat rate and depend on the distance to our warehouse in Berlin.

Are card payment terminals included?

Yes, on request we equip the rental units with telemetry and card readers. For this you need your own acquiring contract (we help arrange it).

What happens in case of a fault?
